Terms of Service

1. Booking, Payment & Authorization

• Bookings are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
• You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for rental charges and for additional charges permitted by these Terms and our Policies.
• We may require identity verification or additional information to prevent fraud.

Weather Policy

• Weather-related cancellations do not qualify for refunds or deposit returns.
• At our discretion, a reschedule credit may be offered for severe weather.
• Reschedule credit must be used within 90 days.

Damage, Loss & Cleaning

Customer is responsible for all equipment from delivery to pickup, including damage beyond normal wear, missing or stolen items, and excessive cleaning (food, drinks, mud, confetti, smoke residue, etc.). Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the card on file.

Proper Use & Supervision

Customer agrees to follow all safety and operating instructions, ensure adult supervision at all times, and prevent misuse, overcrowding, or unsafe behavior. We reserve the right to terminate the rental immediately if equipment is misused, with no refund.

Access & Setup Area

Customer must provide clear, level access for delivery and setup, free of animal droppings, with adequate space and power source (if required), and a safe environment free of hazards.

2. Termination for Safety / Misuse

We may stop service, shut down equipment, or terminate the rental if conditions are unsafe or equipment is being misused. If terminated due to misuse or unsafe conditions, no refund is owed.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a rental will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable rental.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your rental, including use, misuse, or supervision of the equipment.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local and state laws where the service is provided. If any portion is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
